We are seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to lead our infrastructure design projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing BIM standards and methodologies to meet project deliverables, including performing BIM implementation, ensuring models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements, and liaising with Project Managers to implement BIM based on project needs and requirements.

  • BIM Implementation: The candidate will be responsible for implementing BIM standards and methodologies to meet project deliverables, including performing BIM implementation, ensuring models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements, and liaising with Project Managers to implement BIM based on project needs and requirements.
  • Design Development: The candidate will handle design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings, and project meetings.
  • BIM Model Management: The candidate will oversee and interface with the design team and information managers for information coordination, monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved, and manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with at least 10 years relevant experience in infrastructure design and BIM implementation.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP.
  • Knowledge of Synchro or Fuzor is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and interpersonal skills.
