BIM Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless implementation of Client Employers Information Requirements (EIR) and Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on site.

  • Coordinate with contractors' and sub-contractors' BIM teams to ensure their capabilities align with EIR documents and BEP.
  • Ensure all related infrastructure and facilities are coordinated in the BIM Model before actual works commence on site.
  • Oversee the coordination and updating of shop drawings and construction drawings in BIM models prior to commencement of actual work.
  • Collaborate with the project team to review BIM models and relevant deliverables submitted by contractors.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues submitted by contractors.
  • Present progress and status regarding BIM implementation and BIM-related submissions by the contractor.
  • Facilitate and chair BIM workshops and meetings as needed.
  • Report model updates to CE BIM team at the end of each month.
  • E nsure all related infrastructure and facilities provide asset data requirements that support FM & O&M digital handover.
  • Provide accurate as-built models for all related infrastructure and facilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree in Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
  • Completed certification course in BIM Management.
  • At least ten years of relevant work experience with proficient skills in BIM Software and five years of relevant experience in site supervision.
  • Familiarity with various aspects of engineering such as Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
  • Successful implementation of a BIM Company Deployment Plan and Project BIM Execution Plan for at least two projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels, along with good presentation skills.
