Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Assistant to join our team at BHF PTE. LTD. in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality bakery and pastry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of bakery and pastry products, adhering to specifications and order requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices, in accordance with HACCP/FSSC requirements.
  • Operate and maintain all baking equipment, including ovens and mixers.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Baking Skills or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 years of baking experience as a baker assistant or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
