Product Executive

This is a dynamic and fast-growing role where you will drive the revenue, market share, and profitability of a designated product portfolio within the pharmacy and consumer healthcare space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned products aligned with customer segmentation, pricing, and marketing principles.
    • Implement marketing plans to achieve sales, market share, and profit growth in line with yearly targets.
    • Conduct consumer insight research to support brand development and positioning.
    • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share in targeted segments.
    • Buid strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
    • Assist in planning and executing new product launches.
    • Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending.
    • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives with maximum ROI.
  • Requirements:
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in product or brand management, ideally within FMCG or pharmaceutical consumer healthcare.
    • Prior experience or strong knowledge in digital marketing is essential.
    • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
    • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
