Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting our full suite of financial products to prospective customers, identifying and developing marketing strategies to ensure our competitive edge, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote our financial products to prospective customers, providing them with personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition, leveraging your analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and aspirations, and delivering exceptional service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate leads and prospects, participating in sales and marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform credit processing and assessments, including detailed financial analyses, to ensure accurate and timely documentation for all transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial lending, auto financing, or commercial lending to SMEs.
  • Proven track record of success in relationship-building, sales, and marketing, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detailed understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
