Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in financial institutions and central banks
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to generate revenue
  2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  3. Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base
  4. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to management
