Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as Liaison: The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for committee members, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Committee Operations: Organise and coordinate committee meetings, including venue arrangements, logistics, and hospitality.
  • Meeting Materials: Prepare and distribute high-quality meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Action Items: Implement systems for tracking meeting action items and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Documentation: Maintain systematic documentation of committee proceedings and decisions.
Stakeholder Communications
  • Professional Communications: Manage professional communications with committee members and external stakeholders.
  • Information Flow: Facilitate effective information flow between internal teams and external parties.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Policy and Planning
  • Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to policy development.
  • Process Evaluation: Participate in process evaluation and improvement efforts.
  • Special Projects: Manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
