Job Title: Systems Architect

At the forefront of modern infrastructure, we are seeking a visionary Systems Architect to lead our observability strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our monitoring capabilities and ensuring seamless system performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge observability solutions leveraging ELK stack technology.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying bottlenecks and troubleshooting issues across distributed systems with ease.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to instrument applications and infrastructure for enhanced visibility.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to guarantee system reliability and performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in observability and monitoring, applying knowledge to optimize our infrastructure.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of equivalent practical experience in IT.
  • Hands-on experience with modern observability tools and frameworks is preferred but open to candidates with prior experience in monitoring solutions looking to transition into modern observability practices.
  • Strong foundation in monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data processing is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
