Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Content Strategist to lead our digital customer platform's content efforts. As the key driver of our digital marketing initiatives, you will develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and ongoing engagement.


About This Role
  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, websites, and digital channels.
  • Design compelling stories to showcase app features and campaign messages.
  • Drive traffic and customer acquisition through organic and paid digital channels.
  • Build and maintain an integrated social media and editorial calendar.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, design, and brand voice across all digital platforms.
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and stay updated with digital marketing trends.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in content marketing, social media, and digital campaign management.
  • Experience in managing customer-facing platforms with measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, website management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.

Prior Experience (Desirable)
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consumer lifestyle platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize content performance.
  • Creative storytelling ability with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with social listening, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
