Job DescriptionAs an experienced LMS Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- • Assessing client needs and gathering requirements to tailor the LMS solution.
- • Configuring the LMS platform according to client specifications, including user roles, permissions, content libraries, and reporting structures.
- • Integrating the LMS with existing systems such as HRIS, SIS, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless operation.
- • Understanding client feedback throughout the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- • A minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS implementation or similar consultancy roles.
- • Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies.
- • Experience with project management software and methodologies.
- • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and other e-learning standards and tools.
