Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Portal Specialist to support the entire video production process and manage our e-learning platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering high-quality training experiences by supporting full-cycle video production, focusing on storyboarding and filming.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the e-learning platform.
  • Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, live streaming gear, and other production equipment as needed.
  • Apply expert knowledge of lenses, filters, lighting, and camera settings to achieve optimal visual results.
  • Manage video shooting and photography for all online training sessions.
  • Support trainers in preparing equipment and setting up facilities for filming.
  • Assist trainers during shoots by demonstrating and explaining proper equipment usage.
  • Ensure the e-learning portal is updated regularly to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Administer training activities according to the local training schedule and business needs.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Film or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in video filming.
  • Proficiency in crafting storylines and designing learning journeys.
