Enterprise E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce specialist to provide advanced support, performance optimization, and root cause analysis for enterprise-level platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance in resolving complex technical issues related to e-commerce systems.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance and ensure platform stability and high availability.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Client Support: Assist clients on cloud-hosted platforms (AWS, Azure) and recommend improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce architecture and implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and REST APIs. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • CLOUD PLATFORMS: Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

  • Global Support Environment: Ability to work in a global support environment with 24/7 availability as needed.
