E-Commerce Operations Expert

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Expert to drive our digital growth. This role will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end operational excellence of our storefronts, providing a seamless customer journey from browsing to delivery.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will manage product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels. They will also work with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

In addition, they will reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance department. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
