We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Chief Product Officer Office, you will be responsible for driving the sustainability and reliability of our products and solutions, as well as leading initiatives related to cost optimization and data governance across our product lines.
As a Data Governance Manager, you will define business goals and frameworks on data governance controls, align with senior management, and propose solutions to implement the controls. You will drive projects to develop and implement these solutions and controls, defining clear project objectives and scope, planning project timelines, and aligning with main stakeholders.
You will lead projects end-to-end, driving project execution as the owner and being accountable for achieving expected goals. This includes coordinating among various internal stakeholders, including Cyber Security, IT Compliance, Regional Operations, Product & Engineering teams, and more.
Key responsibilities include running day-to-day operations of data security controls, conducting access reviews, and investigating incidents. You will also be responsible for all levels of communication and alignment, from project members to executive level.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (preferable)
- 5+ years of experience in data security management (plus)
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems, collaborate across varied stakeholders, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player striving for team success
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, Mandarin (plus) for cross-border collaborations
