Business Partnership Expert

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management to make a real impact and contribute to our organization's success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key part in establishing strong relationships with stakeholders to drive effective HR operations that align with our company's policies and objectives.
Responsibilities will include partnering closely with Heads of Departments and Team Leads to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding and offboarding.
Key duties will also involve handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance improvement plans, providing timely advice on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee communication, engagement, and performance.
Furthermore, the role requires facilitating staff engagement sessions, handling work pass applications for foreign hires, and participating in performance management reviews.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR business partnership, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
