Role Responsibilities
  • As a senior member of the People Leadership team, you will report directly to the Group Head of People.
  • You'll lead People Operations (payroll, work permits, employee lifecycle, HR Helpdesk) for Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • You'll partner with senior leaders to plan, manage, and deliver people-related projects, driving business change at both regional and global levels.
  • You'll oversee line management for the People function in Asia.
  • You'll evaluate the People function for the region, growing existing staff and hiring externally where necessary.
  • You'll own financial budgeting for people-related costs in the region.
  • You'll lead the development of employee engagement plans and drive increased employee engagement rates across the region.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on relevant employment legislation, ensuring policies and practices remain compliant.
  • You'll partner with compensation & benefits to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings in the local market.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, you'll support recruitment activities in the region through interviews and overseeing the onboarding process.
  • You'll serve as the escalation point for employee relations issues, addressing cases promptly according to company policy and relevant employment law.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a regional People leader in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a People function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
  • You enjoy taking the initiative to create, develop, and run processes.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ). You're good with people.
  • A highly motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
