Job Title: Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk reporting.
  • Lead the ERM team in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks, and developing strategies to mitigate or manage them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded across the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees, and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
  • Monitor and report on risk management performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Recognized university degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or business.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with a strong background in ERM.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform risk management decisions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the organization's operations and risks.
