Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Central. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and restock supplies to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage purchasing agreements.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking and replenishing supplies.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Mix and prepare cocktails, garnishes, and other beverages to meet customer demands.
  • Identification and Verification: Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements.
  • Bar Operations: Assist with bar opening and closing procedures, including preparing for service, cleaning, and restocking.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Good knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Availability: Able to commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience: No experience necessary, but willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Nationality: Singaporean only.
