Product Development Specialist

As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of semiconductor equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of high-precision/automation equipment by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Process Optimization: Create comprehensive procedures for assembly, inspection, and testing of equipment to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team and software team to optimize system design, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge Management: Document engineering improvements for future reference, facilitating knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
  • Skill Set: Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to travel overseas for field support when required.
