Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Technician

Our client is a renowned provider of manufacturing and engineering solutions, specializing in factory and industrial automation. They offer custom equipment design, process optimization, and turnkey solutions for leading semiconductor companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CMP head rebuilds including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reassembly, calibration, and testing following established procedures.
- Assist in preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CMP and related semiconductor equipment.
- Carry out routine installation support and field service tasks under supervision or guidance of an engineer.
- Maintain accurate records of rebuild and maintenance activities, including parts usage and service checklists.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out with adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Support inventory tracking for CMP rebuild-related components and tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or relevant technical certification in Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with front-end wafer processing equipment.
- Experience or training in CMP head rebuilds preferred; candidates with strong mechanical skills and willingness to learn will be considered.
- Willingness to perform overtime work as required.
