Job Summary
As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and sustaining manufacturing excellence through data-driven analytics and problem-solving skills. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain statistical process control methods to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with equipment suppliers and partners to identify technology gaps and develop corrective and preventive solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Design and execute experiments to improve process stability and capability.
  • Lead efforts to enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in specific module process engineering with in-depth technical knowledge.
  • Experience working in a 12" (300mm) semiconductor fabrication facilities advantageous.
  • Opportunity to travel for training and development.
