Lead Counselling Professional

We are seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our team in providing comprehensive care and support to seniors and their families.
About the Role- As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality counselling services to seniors and their caregivers, addressing complex issues related to grief, loss, transitions, and caregiver challenges.
- You will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning, and implementing effective interventions to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and implement individualized plans for seniors/caregivers experiencing stress due to grief and loss or old-age issues.
- Provide practice/clinical supervision to colleagues to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master of Counselling degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and accreditation as a member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or the Singapore Accreditation Council (SASW).
