Senior Counselling Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Senior Counselling Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior counsellors and social workers.

About the Role
  • Design and conduct training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Deliver direct counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and children, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Support divorced or divorcing parents in resolving co-parenting disputes through facilitated sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic support for clients, including case management and coordination of services.
Key Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counselling, recognized by relevant professional associations.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Social Work from a reputable institution, with registration or registration pending with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • At least 6 years of experience working with high-risk families, including those experiencing conflict, abuse, or neglect.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
