Job Title: Senior Counselling LeadThe role of Senior Counselling Lead is to oversee the growth and development of our Counselling & Therapy Service. This involves developing strategies and implementing them to enhance service delivery.In this role, you will provide counselling assessment and intervention for clients, documenting all case-related records accurately.You will also initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts related to the Division, taking on the role of Programme In-Charge and overseeing the delivery of Counselling & Therapy Service.Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for the growth and development of Counselling & Therapy Service.
  • To provide counselling assessment and intervention for clients, ensuring high-quality care and support.
  • To document all case-related records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • To initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts related to the Division, enhancing community engagement and awareness.
  • To take on the role of Programme In-Charge and oversee the delivery of Counselling & Therapy Service, ensuring smooth operation and high standards.
