Job Title: Business Development Manager

The role of a Business Development Manager is to drive business growth in the hotel industry across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

About This Opportunity

This dynamic position will see you working closely with international hotel group headquarters, targeting centralized procurement and regional project opportunities.

You will identify and pursue new sales channels, establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers at hotel group headquarters.

  • Drive business development in the hotel industry across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
What You Need

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in hotel industry sales or hotel technology solution sales.
  • Familiarity with hotel technology ecosystems (e.g., PMS, IPTV, RCU, AV systems) and project operational processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and manage local system integrators and distribution partners.
  2. Facilitate joint bidding, project execution, and after-sales support collaboration with integrators.
  3. Manage end-to-end sales processes for hotel TVs and related systems.
  4. Collect and analyze market trends and competitor intelligence in the hotel industry.
  5. Represent the company at industry events and association activities.
