Senior Designer

At Melior, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team of creative professionals. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Design Director to conceptualize and develop design ideas for branding and packaging projects.
  • Design and develop branded packaging designs, key visuals, and communication assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of junior and mid-level designers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of design solutions, from internal/client briefing to client presentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of relevant design experience, with a strong focus on branding and packaging projects.
  • Several years of experience working in a branding / packaging / design agency.
  • Experience working on international FMCG / beauty / personal care brands.
  • Experience with brand development, packaging, KV, comms, and asset design projects.
  • In-depth experience using multiple creative software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with leading a team and desire to take on a leadership role.
