We are seeking experienced academics to join our team as EdD Supervisors for students enrolled in our Doctor of Education (EdD) programme at our Singapore campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 40 hours of supervision over 36 months.
- Conduct regular meetings to monitor student progress and offer guidance.
- Submit a brief monthly progress report for each student.
- Remuneration of SGD 4,000, disbursed quarterly over three years.
- Refine research proposals, including objectives and design.
- Assist with comprehensive literature reviews and theoretical framework development.
- Guide students in drafting methodology and preparing ethics approval.
- Oversee pilot studies and provide feedback during data collection.
- Support students through data analysis, drafting findings, and writing their discussion chapters.
- Aid in final revisions, proofreading, and viva voce preparation.
- PhD or Doctor of Education (EdD), preferably in education or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in higher education, including teaching, supervision, and programme leadership, particularly at postgraduate levels.
- Strong background in educational theory to guide students effectively through their doctoral studies in education.
- Experience in academic research, particularly in education, with a demonstrated ability to guide doctoral-level research projects.
