Customer Service and Administrative Supervisor Role

The Customer Service and Administrative Supervisor is a key position at MY BRIGHT EDUCATION CENTRE PTE. LTD. that plays a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the centre. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent service to our students and their parents, while managing administrative tasks that support the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students, delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and manage inquiries with care and professionalism.
  3. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records.
  4. Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve overall service quality.
  5. Support the centre's operations by ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  6. Maintain communication in both English and Chinese for parents and team members.

Job Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  3. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
  4. Strong interest in education, with a preference for candidates with related knowledge or experience.
  5. Ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Chinese.
  6. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
