  • Coordinate logistics such as student arrivals, pick-up schedules, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage staff deployment to ensure adequate coverage and support across all programs.
  • Ensure classroom hygiene through regular cleaning, resource preparation, and strict adherence to health and safety standards, creating a safe environment for all.

Educational Leadership

  • Ensure that teaching aids and student portfolios are optimised to support individual child development.
  • Liaise with parents to address student progress, academic achievements, and behavioural issues.
  • Ensure that new hires are properly onboarded and that teachers’ performance is reviewed regularly.

Program & Event Coordination

  • Organise and manage volunteer programs, CSR activities, and co-curricular activities for adult clients.
  • Plan workshops, enrichment activities, and holiday programs, ensuring all preparations are completed and updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Enrollment & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment, conduct enrollment interviews, and collaborate with the marketing team on outreach and social media content.

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Implement and manage CRM tools for communication and data management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all events receive appropriate media coverage:
    • Highlight unique stories, student and teacher profiles, or educational content based on interactions with students, educators, and teachers.
    • Contribute to enhancing the school’s online presence by curating and sharing engaging content that showcases the school’s mission and achievements.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation such as managing expenses for internal events.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure compliance with organisational policies.

Crisis Management & Conflict Resolution

  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving any crises, conflicts, or behavioural incidents involving students, staff, or parents.
  • Implement conflict resolution strategies and ensure that incidents are documented and handled professionally.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure that the centre adheres to all regulatory requirements, including safety protocols, Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines, and Special Education standards.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on centre activities, student progress, and any compliance audits.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten.
  • Education: Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Behavioural intervention training and child protection certification are advantageous.

Skills:
