Programme Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Executive to provide crucial support to clients at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness, as well as their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote mental health awareness and engage communities in outreach events.
  • Conduct thorough mental health screenings and connect individuals with appropriate services for early diagnosis and treatment.
  • Offer emotional and cognitive support to clients and their caregivers, linking them with relevant services based on their needs.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and submit timely reports to external parties.
  • Effectively manage volunteers to support outreach activities as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a caregiver support group.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of experience in social services.
  • Passion for working in the mental health sector and community services.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or dialects, as outreach talks are conducted in Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented in keeping proper documentation.
