**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure that all aspects of the plan are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and progress notes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Nursing with valid license from Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least 2-3 years of post-registration experience, with exposure to geriatric care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
