Preschool Director Position

This prestigious preschool is seeking an exceptional Director to lead our institution in providing a world-class education and nurturing environment for young children.

Job Description:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the preschool, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, as well as effective management of administrative tasks.
  • Lead curriculum planning, professional development, and mentorship programs for teachers to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing concerns, issues, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement, driving excellence in all aspects of preschool operations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Be registered and certified with ECDA as L2 with Leadership.
  • Demonstrate effective bilingualism and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibit passion for nurturing a love for learning and making a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Ability to work island-wide and near home locations.
