Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate B2B Sales Executive to join our team at TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD. as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans, identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
Requirements
  • Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with people at all levels.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM: Experience with CRM software and ability to manage and analyze sales data.
  • Account Management: Proven experience in account management and business development.
  • Sales Presentations: Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to use Excel for data analysis.
