Policy Administrator

Job Profile Summary:
This role involves administering and maintaining a complex portfolio of policies, ensuring prompt issuance of policy contracts and bills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned portfolios to ensure BAU activities are carried out with high accuracy, efficiency, and within agreed turnaround time.
- Handle customer inquiries via various channels, including phone and email.
- Work with Third-Party Administrators to resolve client complaints and meet service level agreements.
- Participate in assigned projects and product launches, adhering to tight timelines.
- Perform UAT, as required.
- Coach and mentor junior administrators.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working with people at all levels and across functions.
- Curiosity in exploring new tools and solutions.
Working Experience:
- 1-2 years of working experience with insurers or insurance-related industry.
- Prior experience with employee benefits schemes is desirable.
- Knowledge of term life or hospital and surgical plans is a must.
Professional Qualifications:
- M5.
- Health Insurance.
Education:
- Diploma or Degree.
Language:
- English.
