Our organization seeks an experienced Building Facilities Technician to perform maintenance, repair and servicing tasks related to electrical, aircon, mechanical, building and repairs.

Key responsibilities include carrying out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building. This involves performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation.

Additional information: this role requires a high level of physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be required to work shift hours including morning and night shifts as well as off days.

The successful candidate will have a minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management or maintenance. A minimum of 2 years experience in facilities maintenance or engineering company is also required.
