Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate/Assistant Vice President to drive our business agenda and implement transformational projects in data solutions and management for our Private Markets department.
- Manage data operations processes to bring asset-level data on GIC's private markets investments into our environment.
- Design, develop, and implement sustainable processes and controls to ensure consistent high standards of data quality and governance.
- Review existing processes and implement improvements to achieve robust ways of processing data and advancement in productivity.
- Investigate and resolve data exceptions and data quality issues, identify roadblocks, and design solutions to enable better outcomes.
- Implement data projects that improve the efficiency of data operations, including data collection outsourcing and optimizing data collection processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding data requirements and timelines.
