
Administrative Assistant for Accounts and HR

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in both accounting and human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Accounts Manager, including preparation of invoices, quotations and progress claims, as well as petty cash claims and reimbursement records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and track and file receipts, claims and transaction records accurately.
- Support in monthly workers' payroll processing and leave administration.
Human Resource Duties
- Oversee the full administrative process for foreign hires, including applying for In-Principle Approval (IPA), coordinating arrival, medical check-ups and onboarding at Onboard Centres.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and related HR documents.
- Maintain accurate staff records and ensure compliance with local manpower regulations.
- Coordinate with agents and MOM as necessary.
General Office/Admin Duties
- Perform day-to-day office admin tasks and documentation.
- Assist the Director in sourcing suppliers and quotations, purchasing site materials and liaising with suppliers or agencies when needed.
- Ensure office files and documents are well-organised.
Requirements
- Singaporean / PR female locals aged 40 above preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years relevant experience in accounting and HR roles in Singapore.
- Proficient in written English, spoken English and Mandarin/Hokkien.
- Prior experience in the construction/renovation industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes.
- Must be independent, responsible and committed.
- Comfortable with admin duties and multitasking.
