Unlock Business Growth: We are seeking a Senior Financial Strategist to join our team and drive financial planning & analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to harmonize financial acumen with commercial strategy, collaborating closely with business leaders to propel growth and profitability across diverse markets.
This role involves fostering strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide actionable financial insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
You will lead comprehensive analysis of trade spend, promotions, pricing, and product profitability to maximize returns. Additionally, you will support business cases for new product launches, channel expansion, and investment opportunities through in-depth research and data-driven recommendations.
You will also prepare, review, and present forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management, ensuring timely and accurate information. Furthermore, you will deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives, providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications a significant advantage.
- 3–5 years' experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within FMCG or consumer-driven industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and expertise in financial modelling; knowledge of BI tools preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling engagement and influence with stakeholders across functions and regions.
