Foundational Data Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team as a foundational member. This is a unique opportunity to shape the data strategy of a national-scale healthcare technology platform.

  • Own end-to-end data workflows: ingestion, cleaning, dashboarding, and structuring.
  • Build dashboards that provide operational, business, and clinical insights.
  • Help lay the foundation for future predictive analytics and AI capabilities.

This role involves working with AWS tools (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue) to manage and scale our data pipelines. You will collaborate directly with leadership to define the data strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of hands-on data analytics experience.
  • Strong SQL, Python (Pandas), and dashboarding skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the AWS data stack.
  • Exposure to or interest in predictive analytics/machine learning.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
