Administrative Support Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide critical support to our team. As an essential member of our operations staff, you will ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
Duties and Responsibilities- Trade/shipment Invoicing: Prepare daily invoices for customers, send emails for payment, and scan invoices for billing purposes.
- Financial Reporting: Update journal entries, postings, and GST data with knowledge of accounting principles.
- Reports Generation: Create four reports for management including sales closing by country, purchasing report, stock adjustment report, and Excel debtors outstanding balance report.
- Fixed Assets Management: Assist with monthly physical checks and stock take activities.
Our working hours are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am - 5:15 pm
- Friday: 8:15 am - 5:00 pm
We have a lunch break from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm.
