Roles & Responsibilities

As a member of the Amity Global Institute team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless student experience from admission to graduation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor student profiles and details in the institute's management system

• Ensure student contracts are signed and fee protection insurance is purchased

• Track student pass applications using the ICA e-system and ensure accurate records are maintained

• Liaise with the marketing and sales team on student-related matters

• Organize orientation and graduation ceremonies to ensure a positive student experience

• Identify payments in bank statements and issue receipts to students within a week

• Maintain the Fee Protection Scheme report and update it in a timely manner

• Prepare reports for refund of excess payments and outstanding payments/installments

• Implement credit control measures and email students on a weekly basis to maintain a high level of customer service

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills

2. Ability to work in groups/teams and maintain a high level of service

3. Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service

4. Minimum 2 years of working experience in educational administration or a related industry
