**Job Overview:**

The role of Campus Manager is a critical position that requires an individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage staff, ensuring smooth campus operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

This position involves proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations. You will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all students receive high-quality support.

Additionally, you will coordinate class schedules, arrange for replacement teachers when necessary, monitor student attendance, and perform administrative duties such as maintaining ERP systems and student records.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
