Job Overview

The role of Director of Learning and Operations is a vital position that requires a strong leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus. This position involves managing staff, ensuring smooth campus operations, and maintaining excellent customer service.

This individual will be responsible for implementing effective strategies, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all students receive high-quality support.

In addition to these responsibilities, this person will also be required to coordinate class schedules, arrange for replacement teachers when necessary, monitor student attendance, and perform administrative duties such as maintaining ERP systems and student records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask
