Key Responsibilities- Client Care and Support: Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients in Form Class, ensuring their holistic well-being and progress.
- Training and Enrichment Programs: Plan, conduct, and assess training sessions in daily living skills, community living skills, and social activities, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Behavioral Management: Implement effective behavior management strategies, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere within the Form Class.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with clients' families, caregivers, and center staff, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
- Education and Experience: Diploma or degree holder in Special Education or a related field, preferably with 1-2 years of experience working with persons with special needs.
- Skills and Qualifications: Possess excellent teaching, administrative, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion and Dedication: Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with people with special needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $4,500 - $6,000 per month, commensurate with experience, to support your growth and development in this rewarding role.
