Graduation Photo Sales Associate Role

As a sales associate for our graduation photography services, you will interact with students during their gown collection appointments. Your primary goal is to promote our studio promotions and create a smooth and professional experience throughout their visit.

The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote ongoing studio promotions to graduates during gown collection appointments.
  • Deliver expert advice on photo sample selection, pose recommendations, and frame choices to ensure optimal results.
  • Assist in preparing customers for their photo shoot, including wearing graduation gowns and coordinating attire for family members.
  • Provide personalized support to meet the needs of all clients.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and follow-up calls or messages with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a focus on clear and concise language.
  • A positive work attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
