NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR) seeks an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the operations of its MSc TIP programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering academic programmes and student management, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Company Overview
  • The MSc TIP programme at NTU is a leading postgraduate programme that focuses on technopreneurship and innovation. Our programme aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the ever-changing business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Academic Support
    • Assist in contract preparation for teaching engagements and payment processing.
    • Facilitate classes and exam scheduling.
    • Course Registration.
    • Facilitate teaching evaluations.
  2. Student/Class Management
    • Coordinate with NTU internal departments on international students' entry into Singapore and related matters.
    • Coordinate student matriculation, orientation, and graduation matters.
    • Facilitate class management.
    • Coordinate with the Student Committee on student engagement activities.
  3. Admission Administration
    • Prepare necessary documents and assist with candidate shortlisting and interviews.
    • Coordinate with NTU internal offices for admission and enrolment matters.
    • Compile application data and prepare admission reports.
    • Maintain admission records.
    • Assist with student billing matters.
  4. Marketing and Recruitment
    • Assist with data preparation for marketing and recruitment planning.
    • Monitor programme-related information and update it accurately and timely.
    • Compile information for analysis and management evaluation.
    • Support marketing strategy to increase student diversity.
  5. Project Management & Event Support
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance alumni and student engagement.
    • Assist with planning and coordination of entrepreneurship experiential learning projects.
    • Coordinate orientation, convocation, team bonding events.
    • Facilitate events that support entrepreneurship development.
  6. FlexiMasters Recruitment and Administration
    • Assist with FlexiMasters recruitment efforts.
    • Provide class management and support as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administering academic programmes or student management in a higher education institution.
  • Experience in marketing, event management, and outreach.
  • Able to multitask and manage requests effectively.
  • Meticulous and mature in handling day-to-day operations.
  • Good writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe applications.
  • Team player with a positive working attitude.
