Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management and Stakeholder Engagement Lead to join our team at the International Centre for Aviation Innovation (ICAI). This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in aviation and make a meaningful contribution to the development of the NexGen Air Navigation Service System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management:
    • Collaborate with program leads to track progress, identify potential challenges, and develop recommendations for timely decision-making and intervention;
    • Consolidate program status and provide regular updates to management through dashboard reports;
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including CAAS NGPO and ATS teams;
    • Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange with external stakeholders, such as OEMs and LLEs;
  • Middle Office:
    • Coordinate with ICAI Office Manager to set up the physical working space for the LDC;
    • Work with the LDC Software and Network Infrastructure Lead to establish IT infrastructure;
    • Collaborate with ICAI Chief Engineer to manage data and knowledge under their supervision;
  • Back Office:
    • Develop talent strategies, including establishment pyramids, talent pipelines, and competency development roadmaps;
    • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a culture of mission, collaboration, and innovation;
    • Coordinate recruitment and training efforts with CAAS and OEMs;
    • Oversee procurement, finance, resource management, and office administration tasks;
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree;
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing high-tempo operations, mentoring, and nurturing talent, with experience in managing diverse aviation stakeholders and partners;
  • Skills: Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attributes: High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills;
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based at the Innovation Centre in Singapore, with occasional travel required for OEM meetings. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
