We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and working with Social Service Agencies (SSAs) in the respective sub-sectors to drive and support their capability development journey in digitalisation, people and volunteer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage SSAs within assigned clusters: Identify, evaluate and support the adoption and implementation of various capability development initiatives/applications in digitalisation, people and volunteer management.
  • Ensure SSA capability development plans are in place: Document and implement sectoral resources produced to be used by majority of SSAs within the cluster.
  • Guide and support framework use: Utilize evaluation tools such as Employee Engagement Survey, Data Acceleration Index, Voluntary Management Matrix, Organisational Health Index etc., and ensure compliance with specific sector requirements.
  • Monitor progress and provide timely intervention: Ensure initiatives are on track and intervene when necessary.
  • Process funding applications: Review and process funding applications from SSAs in OurSG Grants portal.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Advance SSAs' capability development aligned with National Level initiatives.
  • Organise and implement programs/events: Involve in planning and executing capability development programs/events.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in stakeholder management related work, preferably in the public/social service sector.
  • Project management certification is an added advantage.

What We Offer
