As Senior Development Manager, Stakeholder Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change through strategic communication and impactful fundraising. This dynamic role combines expertise in corporate communications, fundraising, and governance to amplify our impact, engage diverse stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to promote the charity's mission, programmes, and events. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content for various channels, coordinating public relations activities, overseeing marketing materials production, and preparing compelling grant proposals and sponsorship packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans to enhance the charity's visibility and reputation.
- Create and manage content for press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and annual reports.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including responding to media inquiries and crisis communication.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality messaging.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor correspondence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have proven ability to manage and lead a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You should also have experience in corporate communications, fundraising, or a related field, preferably in the non-profit sector. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of successful fundraising, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong project management skills.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - 110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
