About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, introducing Gartner services, and fostering client engagement through our products. To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive high-value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with senior C-level executives and junior client professionals in IT and Semiconductor
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong influencing, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Full proficiency in English and Korean to effectively manage client relationships in the specified regions
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic organization.
